Top Won't Slide; Bottom Will

Question:Newer Dutchmen Lite- Electric slide. Bottom works, but top won't slide. Had to manually pull on top while some one else pushed button for the whole slide to come in. Where to start?
Robbie:There are so many differant types of slides its impossible to give advise without knowing what you have but I strongly suggest you take the unit into a repair facility because most adjustments and repairs require 2 techs and you can do a lot of damage making the wrong adjustment yourself.
