Low Water P ressure

Question:We have a 2008 cypress 5th wheel. Recently our water pressure has dropped off so badly we can't finish a shower. I changed the filter and replaced the pressure regulator today and the pressure returned to normal for 1 day. Have a constant 60 PSI at our well house. Checked the hose and replaced all the little hose filters. What am I missing? Please help. Kay Mutton

Robbie: Before doing anything see if the pressure is OK using your water pump, if it is OK then you know the problem is your source or connection. Then try removing the screens at the faucets and seeing if they are pluggeg by calcium. The city water inlet valve where you hose connects has a small backflow plunger that can be turned sideways and causes water flow to be restricted. It can be a long process but you have to just follow the pressure until it stops. Remove the cold water line under the bathroom sink then using a bucket see if you have pressure then do the same test at the kitchen sink this will tell you if you have pressure at both ends of the trailer or motorhome. I hope you find the problem it is a very common issue.

Thanks for the Question Good Luck,
Robbie
