A/C Condensation Leaking Back Into RV

We have a Coleman RV model 9024-876. The water from the air conditioner condensation is leaking back into RV.
We have a ducted system. We have checked condensation pump and made sure drainage hose is clear. We are still getting water running back into the RV when the unit is running.
